The company endeavours to continue its association with the local community through its involvement with Business in the Community and with a number of its local branches being active in a variety of community schemes.

Its staff have helped refurbish a shelter for homeless people, an NCH independence support project, an access centre and a disability support project. It continues to increase its links with local schools, with staff supporting children via email in an initiative called 'e-Pals'.
