THE Lincoln branch of Jackson Building Centres has strengthened its senior operational management with the appointment of Darryl Wilson as Key Account Manager.

Darryl’s role will be to liaise with all key account customers to ensure a continued high level of service and customer satisfaction. The position is a pivotal one created specifically to help deal with the increasing number of key clients that Jackson serves.

Darryl joined the company in 1997 as the group civils/directs representative and was promoted to the position of civils/directs manager in 2001. He will begin his new role in January.

Paul Round, who has worked as Darryl’s assistant manager for the last two and a half years, has now been promoted to civils/directs manager. Paul’s successor is Lincoln sales assistant Dean Stafford who joined Jackson’s in 1997.

Branch manager Andy Williams said he was looking forward to the new arrangement in January.

“The new position of Key Account Manager is as an exciting and challenging role which will allow us to maintain the high standard of service that our customers have come to expect,” he said.

“The promotions of Paul and Dean will give them greater responsibility for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the branch. I congratulate them all on their new roles and wish them every success for the future,” he added.
